Three things in the mail in the past week or so: Hills CDs from Jules (brilliant, rough and emotional); a copy of The Monsters of Templeton; and amazing cookies from Megan, John, and Sarah with a note reminding me that there are still nice things in the world.

Tonight: Hallelujah the Hills at Union Hall. Tomorrow: John Sellers's book party at Don Pedro. Sunday: not a goddamn thing. Delicious.
